All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we confirm payment and send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

Yoco processes card payments securely. We never see or store your full card details. We process your order once payment is confirmed.

We offer courier delivery nationwide, Pudo locker-to-locker delivery, and free collection in Edgemead, Cape Town. Handling times, estimated delivery times and costs are set out on our Delivery & Collection page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 days of delivery, without penalty. Supplements must be unopened with seals intact. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full at our cost. Full details, including how to start a return, are on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

We take care to describe products accurately, but images, ingredient lists and dosages are provided by the manufacturers and may change. Always read the product label before use. If you have any questions about suitability, ask a healthcare practitioner.

To the extent permitted by South African law, Restoring Wholeness is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or the products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

• Keep your account details accurate and up to date.
• We may suspend an account that is used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

We handle your personal information in line with POPIA and our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
