Delivery & Collection

• Courier delivery — door-to-door delivery nationwide.
• Pudo locker-to-locker — we send your parcel to the Pudo locker you choose at checkout; you collect it with a PIN sent to your phone.
• Free collection — collect in person from our collection point in Edgemead, Cape Town. We will confirm a collection time with you once your order is ready.

• Courier delivery: usually 5 working days to main centres and 5 to 7 working days to outlying areas.
• Pudo locker-to-locker: usually 5 working days to lockers in main centres and 5 to 7 working days to lockers in outlying areas.
• Edgemead collection: usually ready within 1–2 business days of payment.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

• Pudo locker-to-locker: R49.
• Courier delivery to your door: R99 flat rate.
• Edgemead collection: free.

Pudo locker prices depend on parcel size and are usually R49. The exact delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. There are no hidden charges — the total you see at checkout is the total you pay.

You will receive a tracking reference by email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at hello@restoringwholeness.co.za with your order number and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
