Make everyday food choices feel more manageable

Your working hours, responsibilities and food preferences all affect how you eat. Your nutrition plan needs to take them into account.

We’ll focus on changes you can use in everyday life, with support for the parts you find difficult. The aim is a workable approach to eating, without expecting perfection.

Could this support be right for you?

    You want to eat better

You would like to make changes, but you’re unsure where to begin.

    You want steadier routines

You want to understand how food and daily habits relate to your energy and wellbeing.

    Nutrition advice feels confusing

Conflicting advice has left you unsure what applies to you. You want practical guidance you can understand.

    You would like more structure

You want help planning meals and making food choices without spending all your time thinking about food.

You’re looking after your general wellbeing

You would like nutrition to be part of how you care for yourself.

    You would like ongoing support

You know that putting an idea into practice can be harder than understanding it. You want somewhere to discuss progress and difficulties.

    How it works

    1. Talk through your needs

      Initial consultation: R500 · 60 minutes

Juliet will ask about your eating patterns, routines, preferences, goals and practical challenges. This helps identify changes that are realistic for you.

    2. Receive your Living Nutrition Plan

After the consultation, Juliet develops your personalised online plan. You can return to it between sessions to review the guidance and steps you have agreed on.

    3. Review and adjust

      Follow-up consultations: R350 for 30 to 40 minutes

Discuss what is working, where you have struggled and what needs to change. Juliet updates the plan as your needs and routines develop.

    Your Living Nutrition Plan

Your plan brings the priorities from your consultation together in one place. It is an ongoing reference you can revisit and update, rather than a fixed set of instructions.

It may include agreed goals, meal structure, food ideas, hydration, practical food swaps, shopping and preparation ideas, everyday habits and next steps. Where appropriate, it can also include information about supplementation and notes from follow-up sessions.
