    About this product

Willow P5P provides vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the active form the body uses directly. Standard vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) has to be converted in the liver before it can be used; P5P is already in its ready-to-use form.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, the formation of red blood cells and the normal function of the immune system. It is also involved in making the brain's chemical messengers, including serotonin and dopamine, and contributes to reducing tiredness and fatigue. Each capsule delivers 50mg of P5P. Made in South Africa by Willow Wellness.

Take 1 capsule twice daily, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Long-term use of high doses of vitamin B6 can cause nerve problems (tingling or numbness in the hands and feet) — stop use and consult your healthcare practitioner if this occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
