Willow Alpha Lipoic Acid 200mg provides alpha lipoic acid (ALA), a fatty acid that occurs naturally in the body. Unlike many compounds, which dissolve either in water or in fat, ALA is soluble in both.
Each capsule provides a standardised 200mg dose, so the serving is the same from one bottle to the next. The 60-capsule bottle is a 20-day supply at the suggested three capsules a day.
